International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking for detail-oriented 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with strong experience in both SAP and SAP SuccessFactors to manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently and accurately
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage and execute monthly payroll processing in SAP & SuccessFactors with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including EOBI, Social Security, and Income Tax deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in both SAP and SF.
• Reconcile payroll data with HR and Finance teams to resolve variances.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and submit statutory filings.
• Handle employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
• Support internal and external payroll audits.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations with hands-on expertise in SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and labor laws.
• Excellent accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.
