Job Title: Deputy Manager

Location: Karachi
Eligibility: CA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified
Experience: 5 – 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, fixed assets, and payables management.

Responsibilities include:
Monthly Financial Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reports.
- Analyze results, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
Statutory Financial Statements
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements per IFRS and local standards.
- Ensure financial statements reflect accurate company positions.
Board Meetings
- Prepare quarterly working papers summarizing financial performance.
- Assist in creating presentations for Board meetings.
Auditor Liaison
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audits.
- Provide support and prepare audit schedules.
Fixed Assets Management
- Review fixed assets accounting for compliance with policies and standards.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of physical and financial records.
CAPEX Projects
- Track and oversee CAPEX projects for timely capitalization.
- Ensure proper documentation for approvals and capitalizations.
Vendor Accounts
- Monitor and settle vendor accounts promptly.
- Resolve discrepancies and align records.
GR/IR and Vendor Advances
- Review GR/IR accounts and clear outstanding items.
- Track, reconcile, and manage advances to vendors.
