The Assistant Manager – Certified Used Car Operations will support the end to end execution & monitoring of the Certified Used Car program across dealerships. This role combines Field Operations and Marketing & Planning responsibilities, focusing on SOP compliance, sales performance, dealer capability development, marketing execution and consistent branding. The position requires close coordination with internal teams, dealers and partners to ensure smooth operations, enhanced customer experience and achievements of business targets.
Qualifications: MBA/BBA in Marketing, Ops. Management or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations and used car business.
- Good understanding of used car operations, inventory management, pricing strategies and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good Communication and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and travel frequently to dealership locations.
