HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Manager Fabric Sourcing” to join the head office team.
Job Title: Manager Fabric Sourcing
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective fabric sourcing strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with local and international fabric suppliers.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure fabric choices align with design visions and production needs.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct thorough fabric research, and innovate sourcing practices.
Inventory Management: Oversee fabric inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock for uninterrupted production schedules.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of fabric sourcing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in fabric sourcing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
