Job Title: E-Commerce Warehouse Dispatch Incharge
Location: Lahore
HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “E-Commerce Warehouse Dispatch Incharge” to join the head office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
Manage the entire warehouse process from receiving inbound shipments to picking, packing, and shipping outbound orders.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.
Lead and manage warehouse team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards.
Set and achieve warehouse performance targets, focusing on order fulfillment accuracy and labor productivity.
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and inventory management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
