We’re Hiring: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Hi-Tech Blending (HTBL) Polymer is looking for enthusiastic and driven Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our team.
Locations:
- Karachi – 1 Position
- Islamabad – 2 Positions
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred) or Marketing
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
Role Overview:
This is a field-based sales role offering hands-on exposure to business development, customer relationship management, market analysis, and sales operations within the polymer industry.
