Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager Supply based at Head Office, Karachi.
The Assistant Manager Supply is responsible for supporting and leading the end-to-end supply chain operations of petroleum products, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and product movement. The role ensures optimal stock availability, cost-efficient supply planning, and full regulatory compliance while coordinating closely with refineries, import suppliers, terminals, and internal departments.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute monthly and daily supply plans in line with sales forecasts and market dynamics.
- Coordinate product sourcing from local refineries and imports, ensuring timely allocation and delivery.
- Collaborate with Treasury for availability of funds to plan imports & local supplies, and timely LC opening.
- Monitor inventory levels at terminals and maintain OGRA-mandated stock cover.
- Attending PR meeting and other Industry meetings, Making notes of it and sharing with the team.
- Optimize supply routing, logistics planning, and product movement via pipeline, tank trucks, and vessels.
- Track and report refinery production, vessel schedules, and supply-chain performance indicators.
- Identify supply gaps, risks, and constraints, and implement proactive corrective measures.
- Lead coordination with Operations, Retail, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of supply plans.
- Participating in LPG tenders of PPL, OGDCL, UEP etc. Also, Contributes in cost and price calculations.
- Calculate Payable / Receivable for Imported cargoes as per the price finalized for each cargo.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal SOPs, and quality standards.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience preferably in an omc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of petroleum supply chain, refinery operations, and import processes.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Exposure to SAP will be considered a plus.
EDUCATION: ACCA/BBA/MBA
