HR SPECIALIST (PROJECTS & OPERATIONS)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, accurate and timely service to Head HR.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business trategy.
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s annual budget, bonus, increments and promotions.
- Responsible for preparing and processing of Monthly Payroll error free and ensure to meet the deadlines as per policy.
- Regular Communication with factories coordinator’s and different departments for employees related issues.
- Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to Head of the Department.
- Manage the activities of the Compensation and Benefits and ensure that all activities are carried in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Regular Communication with coordinator’s and different departments for employees related issues.

- Control departmental expenses within budget
- Promotional working will be done on quarterly basis after finalization of KPI
- Make KPI summary on quarterly and monthly basis
- Perform Any Other Duty Assigned by HOD.

1- Proficient in Human Recourse Management.
2- Proficient in MS. Office.
3- Effective Verbal and written Communication Skills.
4- Proficient in Report Writing.
