Job Description:
- Oversee and manage COCO station operations, including inventory control and timely stock replenishment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Drive sales growth across fuels and lubricants, ensuring achievement of assigned targets and business objectives.
- Lead, train, and coach site staff on customer service excellence, operational standards, and HSSE compliance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and employee incentive programs to enhance performance and motivation.
- Monitor and improve site profitability, ensuring effective cost control and operational efficiency across assigned locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to strengthen operational support, improve staff capabilities, and enhance overall productivity.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
- 6–10 years of leadership experience in retail operations, preferably within oil & gas / fuel retail sector
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
