POSITION DESCRIPTION
ZONAL MANAGER RECOVERY – SOUTH II
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide daily operational support, management, leadership and coaching to the Collection and Recovery team.
- Responsible for maintaining service levels, compliance with regulatory requirements, business unit budget, quality and workflow.
- Lead delivery of the Prudential Compliance Framework for recovery.
- Support development and maintenance of the Group’s Recovery Plan.
- Ensure that least level of loss/rebate is borne by the bank in case of recovery.
- Lead the work to manage the plan for delivery and track progress against design plan.
- Support work to ensure local requirements for recovery plans are understood.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/Masters
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 07 to 08 years

- Conduct weekly portfolio reviews to ensure proper loss prevention or loss mitigation.
- Dealing with write-off customers.
- Portfolio management
- Daily coordination with recovery officers.
- Field visits of assigned write-off customers.
- To achieve assigned monthly target.
- Negotiation with customers for possible recovery.
- Assist team for write-off recovery.
- Submit monthly charge-off recommendations for management review & approval.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelors / Masters
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 04 to 05 years

- Submit monthly charge-off recommendations for management review & approval.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelors / Masters
