Feroze1888 Mills is looking candidates for the position of “AM- Recruitment & IR” based in Karachi. Individual must have sound knowledge of Recruitment process related to hiring of workers, policies and procedures as per Labour Laws, Inquiry and Disciplinary Action proceedings, Dealings/correspondence with Labor Court & Govt. Labor Bodies, Handling of EOBI/SESSI, Medical & Death compensation Cases, Understanding of Contract Renewals and Agreements.
Qualification: MBA/MPA/MAS (LLB Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Location: Landhi, Karachi.
