Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG (Preferably in Confectionery).
Have working experience in MNCs or renowned National Level Company is preferable.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the regional market and understanding of consumer behavior in the confectionery industry.

Requirements:
