Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategy, lead social media, and create marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Define brand positioning and persona.
- Guide cross-functional teams, including design, retail, VM, and supply.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Brand/Marketing Manager in Western wear brands.
- Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with both local and international brands.
- MBA / BBA degree from well-respected university

Cross Stitch is hiring Construction Project Manager. This role is responsible for construction projects, budgeting, follow-ups, monitor progress and resolve issues timely. Candidates must have knowledge of CAD and SketchUp for design changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections at all production stages to ensure quality compliance.
- Conduct fabric checks for color, texture, stitching, and durability.
- Identify and document defects, collaborating with production to resolve issues swiftly.
- Test samples to ensure they meet industry quality standards.
- Prepare and present audit reports with key findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality control processes, maintaining updated documentation.
- Work with the Quality Control Manager to enhance quality assurance practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in textile quality (Knitwear, Woven & Denim) auditing or assurance.
- Expertise in textile materials, fabric testing, and quality control methods.
- Keen eye for detail with strong defect-spotting and assessment skills.
- Knowledge of textile standards (AQL, ISO).
- Excellent communication for effective feedback and reporting.
