Senior System Support Engineer – Hyderabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Windows Server, and Group Policies
- Administer SQL Server, antivirus solutions, and FTP services
- Configure and monitor firewalls, LAN/WAN networks, and network security
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize Windows operating systems
- Ensure system performance, security, and business continuity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in System/Network Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
