This role is focused on supporting and executing data-driven initiatives within the B2C business. It combines analytics with on-ground fieldwork, requiring close coordination with sales teams and farmers to understand market dynamics. Key responsibilities include gathering field insights, analyzing sales and farmer data, tracking KPIs, and translating findings into actionable outcomes to drive business success.
