Position: Assistant Manager Billing
Requirements:
• Qualified ACCA / MBA finance from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and reporting field.
• Telecom background and industry dynamics knowledge will be a plus.
• Previous experience of financial ERP mainly SAP is highly required
Overall Responsibilities:
• Detailed understanding and grasp on the interpretation of MNO contracts, especially financial clauses to report error free billing with zero revenue leakage.
• Ensuring strictly to reduce billing cycles to invoice in a month and collection within a month.
• Ability to develop financial models & business cases for new tower opportunities with support of relevant account holder.
• Ensuring monthly accruals are close to actual working with error free reporting.
• Ensuring billing KPIs are met to support company cashflows.
• Working closely with team to develop effectiveness in recovery cycle.
• Conduct weekly relevant stakeholders’ meetings to review progress on compliance measures, discuss any changes in methodologies, review any new policies and procedures, and to address other issues as appropriate.
• Assist and support audit teams in understanding billing processes for absolute revenue assurance.
• Manage, document and follow the billing protocol by alignin internal verification processes & resolving complex billing is
• Streamlining policies and procedures along with efficient & innovative billing ways.
• Effectively managing data accuracy to avoid reporting errors
• Strong relations with mobile network operators’ counterpart improve billing cycles.
