Engro Energy is hiring an Officer Industrial Relations – SECMC (Contractual), based at Thar Site.
This role is responsible for overseeing labour affairs and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The position involves managing matters related to LD, SESSI, and EOBI, developing and implementing effective IR strategies, and fostering positive relationships between management and contractors to support smooth operations. The role also includes monitoring workforce concerns, addressing issues proactively, and preparing reports on IR activities and developments.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/BA) and 2–4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
