Position: Process Lead
Location: Karachi
Department: Production
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors in Food Science and Technology
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience, FMCG preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To prepare root cause analysis for process deviations, breakdowns, near miss incident/accident and food safety complains.
• To ensure GMP and good housekeeping on floor during operations. Ensure compliance to food safety standards and investigate/close any observations.
• To prepare task hazard analysis of process section activities and work to remove safety hazards.
• To identify and deliver trainings to workforce to improve skill and capability.
• To prepare preventive maintenance plan of process section equipment to ensure smooth running. Report any issues related to equipment to Engineering department for rectification.
• To monitor and recommend improvements/kaizens in process section to increase efficiency and reduce wastages/costs.
• To coordinate and maintain a professional relationship with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• To monitor performance of staff reporting to this job role and maintain a team environment. Provide employees with timely and accurate feedback
• To ensure accurate and timely production reporting. Maintain/Prepare daily production reports and any other assigned.
• To conduct audits of process section to check compliance with ISO standards.
