We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a “Business Development Manager.”

Business Development & Key Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities in warehousings , transportation, WMS, and freight forwarding.
Respond to RFQs and RFPs, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of services for new clients.
Regularly review customer portfolios to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct feasibility assessments for potential warehousing projects, analyzing costs, operational requirements, and market demand.
Develop pricing models and commercial proposals for new business opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance service offerings.

Contract & Commercial Management:

Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating risks.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any commercial disputes.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and improve contract templates.

Financial Management & Collections:

Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely recovery of overdue balances.
Work with finance and operations teams to improve cash flow and minimize credit risks.
Implement strategies to reduce payment delays and enhance customer credit management.
