JOB SUMMARY:
A Project Engineer Responsibilities involve ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications and quality standards. Engineer will be responsible for effectively planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards while coordinating with cross functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Schedule and oversee project activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, quality, and safety.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation planning.
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines and produce daily progress report.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Good grip on civil Engineering software (AUTOCAD, MS Project, Primavera etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of BOQ details and financial aspect of construction project.
- Project budgeting and value engineering.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: B.E Civil/M.E Civil/MS Project Management
- Professional Qualification: Project Management Certification/Project management.
- Work Experience: 8-10 years
