Dolmen Group Jobs Guest Service Officer:Dolmen Group is looking for Guest Service Officer in its Operations department at Dolmen Mall (Clifton), Karachi.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and Guide visitors, delegates, guests and ensure customer delight with excellent customer services.
-Manage smooth coordination with multiple departments and ensure optimum service levels.
-Handle customer complaints, visitor’s feedback and facilitate in improvement plans.
Requirements:
-Minimum Intermediate, Preferably Graduate.
-Excellent communication (Verbal & Written).
-Preferably from hospitality background with 2-3 years of experience.
-Shift Flexibility.
