- Lead, strategize, and execute high-impact paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads 💻, Facebook 📱, LinkedIn 💼, and more, focused on hitting KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversions.-
- Dive deep into performance data 📊, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement and better ROI.
- Own the budget management process 💰—ensuring we’re maximizing every dollar spent while forecasting future needs with precision.
- Conduct A/B testing 🧪 and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (design, sales, content) to enhance conversion rates and improve user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends 🔥 and best practices, ensuring all campaigns comply with platform regulations and continue to evolve with the digital landscape.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲:
- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills 🧠 to turn data into actionable insights.
-Creative problem-solver 💡 who loves testing, learning, and iterating. - Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; knowledge of other platforms is a plus.
- Passionate about staying current with digital marketing trends and tech.
