Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Executive/Assistant Manager (MMC)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our MMC Department as an Executive/ Assistant Manager. The role focuses on managing trims, negotiating effectively with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in Supply Chain/BBA/MBA/Textile Engineering or a relevant degree. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Textile Apparel industry.
Requirements:
• Ensure timely arrangement of trims as per production plan (pre-wash and post-wash).
• Manage trim inventory in line with approved stock standards for both pre- and post-wash requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers.
• Oversee timely development of trims in accordance with customer requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
