JOB OPPORTUNITIES: A Constitutional Organization is looking for dynamic individuals and committed professionals to form a part of the Secretariat. 1. Law Officer (BPS-16)
Number of Posts: 02 Posts
Quota Allocation:
Punjab = 01
KPK = 01
Qualification: (i) LLB/LLM 1st Division or with 2.4/4.0 C GPA in semester system from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
Required Experience: Minimum of 02 years’ experience in Court.
Skills & Responsibilities:
(i) Ability to draft legal documents.
(ii) Ability to analyze and prepare replies to the courts and para wise comments.
(iii) Interpretation and analysis of the decisions of courts.
Maximum Age:
Maximum Age: 40 years.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
i. Persons already in a government service shall apply through proper channel and should produce NOC at the time of interview.
ii. No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
iii. In the exigency of service, the number of posts can be increased or decreased, as the case may be.
iv. General relaxation of five years is admissible over and above the prescribed age limit for posts. The candidate shall mention the age on cutoff date of the application. This general relaxation of age shall be mentioned while applying for any post.
v. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
