WE’RE HIRING Store Compliance Monitoring – QA Executive
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Executive to ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational quality across all stores. You will oversee store operations, conduct audits, and monitor compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and vendor services to ensure a consistent customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct audits of store operations (F&V, Meat, Bakery, Café, etc.) for compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effective implementation of food safety protocols (e.g., temperature monitoring, expiry checks, FIFO).
- Manage OB product compliance, including stock management, temperature checks, and quality complaints resolution.
- Develop and deliver training on food safety, quality, and legal aspects to store teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with operational and food safety standards.
- Prepare and consolidate QA compliance reports for management review.
- Lead initiatives for future projects, including HACCP implementation and customer complaint analysis.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in QA or store compliance, preferably in food retail.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP) and quality management systems.
- Experience in auditing, vendor management, and conducting training.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Frequent travel required for Karachi store audits and quality checks.
