Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services on its marketplace platform. Over 2 million registered users drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.

This position will be tasked with these main objectives:
- Develop feature roadmap and direction
- Prepare detailed requirements for product development
- Monitor product performance and user behavior
Position : Product Manager
About the role:
- Identify opportunities in the delivery vertical and validate them via research, user-data and/or competitive analysis
- Prepare detailed documentation for new product developments liaising with Operations, Tech, Marketing, Customer Servicing, BI and UI/UX teams
- Monitor user behavior on both the Bykea customer and partner apps and identify optimisations; both in-terms of performance and drop-offs in user journey funnels
- Identify optimisation opportunities in the existing product line to improve product KPIs
- Identify and track resolution of all operational issues in the existing product line
- Prepare impact analysis for all new developments and prioritize them accordingly
- Ensure thorough feature testing covering all edge cases to ensure optimum customer experience
- Monitoring customer feedback to gain insight for product fixes, optimisations and new features
- Maintain detailed product manuals with a changelog
- Enhance overall platform capabilities of the Bykea customer & partner apps
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to operate in a complex operational environment
- Strong Analytical Skills, ability to identify and build customer segments and determine solutions for their needs
- Passion and successful track record in championing great experiences, with attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good understanding of Business Value Chain and Business Analytics
- Customer centric approach towards product development and its implementation
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
- Experience in any of the following: Design Thinking, Product Development, Data Analysis & Insights, Segmentation
- Ability to easily explain complex concepts to people with no domain or technical knowledge and make sure they understand the implications
Qualifications & Experience:
4+ years of experience in working with consumer focused digital products
4 years Bachelors degree
