BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Deputy Manager Business System – Plant Maintenance” in their Information Technology Department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of SAP PM experience, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (Business Process Design to Go-Live & Support).
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Plant Maintenance implementations while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading client discussions, delivering high-quality solutions, and mentoring junior consultants.
The role requires strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, including Maintenance Strategy (Breakdown, Preventive, and Predictive Maintenance), Master Data (Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and Task Lists), Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance Order Management, Notification Management, Measuring Points & Counters, and Refurbishment Processing.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with cross-functional integration across SAP MM, FICO, PP, PS, and QM modules to ensure seamless business processes. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PM and Fiori applications is mandatory.
Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP PM solutions, managing maintenance processes, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing project documentation, delivering presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution from design through post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to mentor junior consultants and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
