- Programme delivery & operations (sessions, workshops, Pitch/Forge Days)
- Student recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement; tracking attendance and completion
- Career development
- Logistics for guest lectures and field activities
- Mentor network building and management
- Coordination of the mentorship programme
- Industry and partner outreach
- Data and reporting on KPIs (registrations, completions, placements, start-up teams progressed, mentor/guest sessions)
