POSITION: DM Professional Development & School Improvement
LOCATION: Head Office, Lahore
QUALIFICATION: Master’s in Education/Educational Leadership
EXPERIENCE: 6-7 years of relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct training session to cascade to ICs and PDSI leads
- Provide trainers with module assignments/projects to access their learning
- Monitor the effectiveness of trainings by observing school practices
- Review training courses and provide feedback to improve existing training modules
- Liaise with School Heads and review existing practices in schools by analysing and evaluating the feedback received
- Facilitate School Heads for the implementation of school improvement framework
- Collaborate with IT for designing, developing and implementing school support modules
- Evaluate and analyse the School Evaluation Unit report and gather feedback from all concerned clusters and identify areas of improvement
- Design professional development programmes for School Heads
- Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis, according to different clusters and provides modules
- Prepare and conduct training sessions after line manager’s approval
