POSITION: AM School Operations & Development

LOCATION : Head Office, Lahore

QUALIFICATION : Bachelors or Master’s in Business Administration or any relevant field

EXPERIENCE : 2-3 years of relevant experience in supporting leadership positions within large-scale organizations

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Assisting the General Manager Operations by handling routine operational and development matters for schools and ensuring process uniformity across regions. Monitoring key metrics like student strength, project cash flows, and funds. The role requires building rapport with other departments, coordinating with regional and school staff for effective problem-solving, and assisting management with data-driven decisions and policy revisions. Responsibilities also include managing the GM’s daily calendar including follow-ups with stakeholders, representing GM Ops in meetings, and making travel arrangements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing GM Operation’s calendar and routine tasks
• Manage and maintain updated social media groups with school heads of the three school regions (centre, north, south)
• Manage the online/hybrid learning WhatsApp groups
• Assisting with the logistics of events (from curating the guest list to on-ground arrangements)
• Receive queries and complaints through phone calls and the ‘manual’; escalate queries to the concerned departments, expedite the issue resolution process, and follow up on the status of the complaint/issue for proper closure.
• Perform other tasks as required to facilitate the work of GM Operations
