Tufail Multichem Industries Jobs Purchase Officer:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely purchase of materials, goods, and services at the best possible prices, while maintaining quality standards and building strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
=>Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying purchasing needs to placing orders and tracking deliveries.
=>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, prices, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchases.
=>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
=>Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
=>Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
=>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
=>Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
Qualifications:
=>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
=>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
=>Strong negotiation and communication skills.
=>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with purchasing software or ERP systems.
=>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
=>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
