Bank AL Habib is looking for experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as FTC / CAF Officers.
The role involves implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the Business Conduct & Fair Treatment of Consumers framework in compliance with SBP regulations while ensuring fair customer treatment across all departments.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or Commerce
Department: Customer Services
Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience with sound knowledge of SBP regulations
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation & monitoring of the Bank’s Business Conduct and Fair Treatment of Consumer policy across all departments
- Review product and service designs, marketing materials, and customer communications for compliance with SBP regulations
- Conduct BC & FTC training sessions for staff
-Monitor customer complaints and ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in MS Office applications
