Job Description

To assist Sr. Executive in day to day operational matters for smooth execution of orders i.e. HSD, Furnace Oil, PMG and Lubricants.
Review and follow-up with finance to update pricing as and when required.
Responding to the enquiries of customers under supervision of Incharge, coordination with logistics for freight charges confirmation in case of new clients.
Handling of customer’s transactions/ complaints by involving internal stakeholders in order to resolve the issues of product quantity and quality.
To visit existing and new customers for business development.
Collaborate with new customer for opening of account.
Preparation and sending price quotations to relevant industrial customers.
Preparation of sales report on daily basis.
Receipt of payment instruments against the customer’s order and intimation of payment to finance and logistics department for loads’ execution.
Intimation of customer’s demand/order to all concerned departments, coordination with finance, logistics and operations at various supply points to ensure timely execution of supplies.
Coordination with customers to apprise about delivery status/schedule.
Account reconciliation with the customer by sending details to finance team along with the credit recoveries in case of credit customers.
Timely receipts of customer’s product shortages claims (Debit Notes) and coordination with APL payable team in Finance for processing of Debit Notes.
Sending refund claims of customers to Head office and follow up for issuance of refund cheque.
Filing and maintaining documentation record.
