ATCO Laboratories Limited is hiring on multiple positions in Supply Chain Division. We are currently seeking experienced professionals for multiple key vacancies within our Supply Chain department.
1- Head of Material Warehouse
Responsibilities include:
-Strategic Compliance & Planning: Execute warehouse roadmaps that align storage capacity with production schedules in strict accordance with DRAP.
-Operational Integrity: Oversee daily operations with a focus on Cold Chain management and climate-controlled storage to maintain product efficacy amidst local infrastructure challenges.
-Financial & Cost Optimization: Drive warehouse efficiency by minimizing overtime and indirect costs, ensuring all budgetary plans align with the company’s financial objectives.
-Leadership & Team Development: Mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and strict adherence to safety and quality protocols within a high-stakes manufacturing environment.
-Stakeholder & Risk Management: Act as the primary liaison between production, finance, and quality departments to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure an uninterrupted supply of essential medicines.
2- Material Planning Manager
Responsibilities include:
-Strategic Material Forecasting: Develop and implement robust Material Requirement Plans (MRP) that align with production schedules and DRAP regulatory timelines to prevent stockouts of life-saving medicines.
-Inventory & Lead-Time Optimization: Manage optimal stock levels for raw and packaging materials, balancing international lead-time challenges (e.g., LC openings, global logistics) with local market demand.
-Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sourced materials meet strict cGMP and PICS standards, coordinating closely with Quality Control for timely sampling, testing, and release of inventory.
-Vendor Management & Cost Control: Negotiate with local and international suppliers to optimize procurement costs and ensure consistent material quality while adhering to annual budgetary constraints.
-Cross-Functional Synchronization: Act as the strategic link between Production, Procurement, and Finance to resolve supply bottlenecks and ensure the uninterrupted availability of essential pharmaceutical products.
