Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience At least 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Time/diary management.
• Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meetings and board papers.
• Coordinating and booking travel arrangements, transport and accommodation.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Required Skills:
• Exceptional computer literacy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate must have highly developed organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiatives and maturity to handle range of situations.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
