RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (ASSETS) CBSME

Academic Qualification:

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for credit marketing, cross selling and mobilization of deposits
Marketing of Clients in line with the defined benchmarks as per Bank’s target market, risk appetite and business strategy
To develop strong and good business relationships with the existing clients
Proactively anticipate customer business requirements and suggest improvements in Bank’s existing product line or services
Due consideration / weightage to be given to transactions/ relationships with strong prospects for generating higher yields with minimal capital charge; and Compliance to Bank’s credit & risk management policies and SBP prudential regulations & guidelines (including SBP PRs and AMU/CFT Guidelines)
Adherence to all Shariah, environmental, legal and regulatory requirements.
To timely prepare Credit Proposal / Credit Applications (complete in all aspects); similarly, renewal / review CAs should be processed as per policy
To avoid frequent Interim Transactions, Temporary Extensions in Limit Validity and Deferrals.
To ensure that the collateral offered to secure Bank’s financing is in line with Bank’s Collateral Management Policy

Core Competencies:

Sound and up-to-date knowledge of Prudential Regulations, Shariah Compliant Lending products, Bank Credit Policy and its modalities
Good at Financial analysis, Excellent marketing, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office

Minimum 02 Years experience in Islamic Banking in the relevant segment. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if they possess Degree / Certification related to Islamic finance.

Education:

Business Graduate (16 years education), preferably Masters along with Certification or Diploma in Islamic Banking

Main Responsibilities:

Assist unit head in development and refinement of Corporate, CBSME, Agri & Trade Products of the Bank to meet the needs of business segments.
Conduct continuous research on products and services of other banks.
Support unit head in conducting UAT of Asset products.
Assist Unit Head in special projects of SBP pertaining to Products & Services offered by the Bank.
Any other task assigned by the Head / Unit Head.
