Job Announcement: Assistant Manager-Performance Marketing
LAMA is looking for an extraordinary performance marketer with prior experience in the retail sector (or similar brands) to help drive new user growth / retain existing through various channels. As a member of the Acquisition Team, you’ll be responsible for helping build and manage campaigns across a variety of digital channels, to help drive traffic and maximize return on investment across paid / unpaid social channels and help grow organic traffic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, run, and manage multiple paid campaigns across channels.
- Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.
- Maintain and operate day to day campaign spend as per allocation.
- Run campaigns for our clients on different platforms – Google search, Facebook, YouTube, Native Ads, TikTok etc.
- Identify pain points to improve non-creatively-performing areas.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools and tweak strategies & budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI.
- Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
- Complete responsibility of campaign, KPI & lead targets
- Identify new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance.
Requirements:
- A Passion for Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out.
- A BA/BS/Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3+ years of related digital or Social Media Advertising experience including SEO within retail.
- A strong grasp of Web Analytics, Google analytics (performance) marketing.
- Strong analytical ability and are an advanced Excel nerd
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- An energetic and willing attitude
- The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
