Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Understand recommendation for maintenance and lubrication of procured parts from vendor and configure maintenance plan in SAP according to time-base/measurement-base values.
- Understand budget for installation of equipment for utilities production and decide in-house/outsourced services based on calculations.
- Monitor routine corrective maintenance notifications and inquire on reasons for delayed operations.
- Understand issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate highlighted issues within defined timelines.
- Calculate machinery wear and tear against manufacturer recommendations.
- Develop annual maintenance plan pertaining to utility, production, and engineering sections.
- Upload maintenance plan in SAP and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to decide on intervals for maintenance notifications.
- Collaborate with production department to plan relevant brand production.
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to stop main machine production for maintenance/corrective measures and operationalize backup machine and update SAP module as per preventive maintenance schedule.
- Oversee calibration of machines to ensure accurate and smooth production, assign team for breakdown/corrective maintenance of production machines to ensure minimum downtime.
- Ensure availability of spare parts for timely maintenance of equipment, manage technical inventory on SAP according to relevant categories and monitors volume of parts.
- Lead auditory functions in departments and observes adherence with defined SOPs.
- Review checklist for maintenance and inventory to ensure compliance with internal as well as ISO controls.
