Netkom Technologies is seeking to fill the following vacancies in the Wireless/BSS Department on permanent bases in Pakistan Office.

Manager Wireless/BSS (North) Islamabad
Position: 1
Experience: 8 to 10 Years

RPM Wireless/BSS (Center 1-2) Lahore
Position: 1
Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, Computer Science)

Skills Required:

Multivendor experience in RAN.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Well-versed with the latest technologies of 3G/4G like Massive MIMO, 4T6S, 8T8R, reframing, etc.
Proven track record of projects handled in the past.
Well-versed with digital tools of major vendors working in Pakistan
Having excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation skills.
Able to coordinate with internal commercial, technical and procurement teams in terms of risk assessment, smooth operation, issue resolution, timely communication, and risk-free system deployment.
Strong command over EHS policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with internally SOPs
Ensuring new resource induction as per project/customer requirement
Providing a safe and healthy work atmosphere within the field staff
Assisting in departmental biddings and frames
Ensuring all operations are within the budgets
Devising new ways to optimize the process and procedures
Ensuring smooth financial recovery from all stakeholders from the customer side
Keeping and maintaining a healthy customer relationship
Ensuring all customer protocols are met in day-day field activities
The candidate must have a proactive approach to the operations.
