WE’RE HIRING SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration | 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Retail Operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and execute store-wise stock allocation and replenishment plans.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely stock dispatches and inventory distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inter-store transfers to maintain stock availability.
- Process inventory transactions, delivery challans, and maintain accurate records in Oracle ERP.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
- Analyze inventory performance and highlight discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and distribution efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle ERP.
- Good understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct market visits to gather quotations, verify product quality, and compare prices.
- Prepare documentation and route quotations for management approval.
- Purchase approved items from suppliers or manage cash-based market procurements.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper follow-up with suppliers.
