Position: FINANCE MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mehran Sugar Mills Limited is looking for a sharp, experienced and professionally qualified Finance Manager to join at Head Office Finance team. The incumbent will be responsible for Financial Reporting, Board & Management Reporting, Costing, Budgeting, Regulatory Compliance and Audit Coordination, with particular emphasis on the requirements applicable to a listed/public limited company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations and supporting information for Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SECP, PSX and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory and periodic financial reporting and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Lead/coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and budget variance analysis.
- Oversee manufacturing costing, cost analysis and cost variance reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit matters.
- Review financial data, reconciliations and management reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the CFO in financial analysis, management reporting and decision support.
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and Finance systems/automation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable financial information.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- CA Qualified / CA Part Qualified / CA Finalist / ACCA Qualified / ICMA-CMA Qualified.
- Minimum 7 – 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Manufacturing/industrial sector experience is essential.
- Experience with a listed/public limited company and exposure to SECP/PSX requirements will be strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Costing, Audit and Regulatory Compliance.
- Excellent Excel/ERP skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in preparation of Board and senior management reports will be an advantage.

Position: MANAGER DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, AUTOMATION & BUSINESS SYSTEMS
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across Finance and other business functions. The role will be responsible for ERP and business systems, process automation, data integration, BI solutions and emerging technologies, enabling efficient, standardized and technology-driven operations at Mehran Sugar Mills Limited.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology-enabled process improvements across Finance and other functions.
- Manage ERP systems, integrations and enhancements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, workflow, AI-enabled solutions).
- Develop and support management dashboards, MIS and data reporting (e.g., Power BI).
- Work with business departments to understand requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Oversee system integration, data flow, APIs and database management.
- Ensure IT controls, system security, data integrity and user access management.
- Manage technology projects, vendors and implementation partners.
- Provide technical guidance and support for continuous improvement, innovation and digital enablement.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Certifications in ERP, Power BI, RPA, Cloud, AI or Project Management will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 6 – 10 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to ERP, business applications, automation and systems integration.
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries will be preferred.
- Experience working with Finance, Procurement, Stores, Sales or related ERP modules will be an added advantage.
