𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆)
We are seeking a Procurement Manager – Perfume Category to manage the sourcing and procurement of perfumes and packaging materials while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely supply at head office, Karachi.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 8–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3–5 years managing the perfume category.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for perfumes, fragrances, and packaging materials.
- Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate packaging development with Marketing, Design, and QA teams.
- Plan procurement to ensure timely material availability and optimum inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and import procedures.
- Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics to support product launches and business operations.
