The Quality Manager – Stitching will oversee all quality assurance activities within the stitching department to ensure garments meet buyer and company standards. The role includes managing inline, end-line, and final inspections while controlling defects and DHU targets. He will analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. The incumbent will coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and technical teams to resolve stitching, measurement, and workmanship concerns. The position will lead quality staff, support audits, and drive zero rejection with right-first-time quality culture.
Qualification: Must be textile Graduate Experience: 8-10 years of experience in garment manufacturing concern.
