WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – EXPORT
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch).
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with forwarders and shipping lines for timely shipments.
- Handle documentation (Vendor docs, Packing List, ASN, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with buyer packing and shipping requirements.
- Effectively deal with all stakeholders including Marketing, Exports, and Forwarders.
- Independently manage shipment timelines and ensure on-time execution.
- Supervise warehouse and logistic teams and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 6–7 years of experience in garment/export logistics.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / Infor Nexus preferred).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
