Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and budgets to achieve annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
- Manage and drive territory sales through salesmen, ensuring effective route coverage, market visits, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships while ensuring an efficient distribution network and product availability.
- Coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams for promotions, merchandising, inventory management, and timely product delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, maintain sales records, follow up on leads, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
