Position Details:
- Position: Unit Head Islamic Financial Services
- Salary Level: Up to VP

Job Summary:
An experienced Islamic Finance professional with experience in handling Islamic Financial Services for corporate entities. The candidate should understand the Islamic modes of finance, documentation, and processes, with the ability to create a healthy asset portfolio across Pakistan.
The candidate will liaise with the Islamic Window consultant for design and establishment at Saudi Pak. The incumbent should be able to apply strong financial planning and analytical skills to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and keep senior management informed of key trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the consultant to set up the “Islamic Financial Services Window,” including products, processes, and documentation of Islamic finance.
- Initiating the provision of Islamic Financial Services once the license is obtained and the framework is complete.
- Liaising with Regional Corporate Heads to create an Islamic Finance assets portfolio.
- Keeping in touch with regulators to ensure compliance with updated regulations.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors for regulatory and policy requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Preferably MBA, M.Com, ACCA, or other related educational background.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a relevant domain.

Job Summary:
An experienced Investment Banking professional having hands-on experience in arranging syndicated transactions and customized financing solutions for corporate entities. The candidate should have an understanding of Capital Markets, valuations, and the IPO underwriting process.
The candidate will lead the strategic initiatives under international and local partnerships for structured finance and credit enhancement solutions. The incumbent should be able to apply strong financial planning and analytical skills to stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry and keep senior management informed of key trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running the Investment Banking function, working with the Corporate Banking team to provide customized financing solutions in partnership with peer financial institutions.
- Liaising with Saudi Pakistan business forums and embassies to promote trade and investment flows between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
- Leading and participating in conventional and Islamic fixed income instruments issuance.
- Generating a pipeline of fee-based financial activities and preparing their IMs.
- Leading or assisting in special projects and other initiatives undertaken by the GM & CEO.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA, ACCA, or any other relevant qualification, while CFA or FRM is preferable.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a relevant domain.
