JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for building road, roof, drainage systems and office infrastructure.
- Manage day to day maintenance activities including breakdown responses and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct routine inspections and condition assessments of all facilities.
- Supervise civil repair work, minor construction and renovations ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers ensuring timely delivery and SLA compliance.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports and documentation.
- Assist in budget planning, cost control and resource optimization for maintenance activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years of experience in related field
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering/B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience in contract management/maintenance planning
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / CMMS / ERP
