Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office and key positions in entities.
- Work closely with departmental heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Engage in initial screening of candidates through telephone.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruitment events.
