Sorrel Foods Private Limited is looking for ASSISTANT CREATIVE MANAGER (ADVERTISING) Lahore
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Assistant Creative Manager (Advertising) leads campaign ideation, brand messaging, and creative direction across all platforms for Sorrel Foods. This role ensures consistency in communication and works closely with design and AV teams to deliver compelling marketing campaigns. The position requires a deep understanding of the brand’s positioning and ability to translate it into impactful creative outputs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead campaign ideation and concept development from brief to execution.
· Develop brand messaging frameworks and communication guidelines.
· Ensure creative consistency across all advertising channels.
· Collaborate with design team on visual concepts and art direction.
· Work with AV team on video production concepts and scripts.
· Present creative work to stakeholders and defend creative decisions.
· Mentor and guide junior creative team members.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor creative approaches.
· Manage creative agency relationships and deliverables.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand values and positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mass Communication, English or fine arts.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative/ advertising agency or in-house marketing.
· Portfolio demonstrating strong campaign work and creative thinking.
· Experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods industry preferred.

· Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving.
· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
· Leadership and team management capabilities.
· Understanding of digital and traditional media channels.
· Project management and deadline adherence.
· Eye for visual design and aesthetic judgment.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
· Knowledge of Pakistani cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
