We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Administration Department for our plant Nooriabad.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager Administration for our factory who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise overall administrative functions
- Oversee canteen operations, ensuring hygiene, quality, and cost control
- Manage security operations, including deployment, discipline, and vendor coordination
- Administer third-party/contract labor, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Supervise transport logistics including staff movement and plant-related transport coordination
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for smooth operational compliance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities, managing conflicts and building goodwill
- Ensure effective facility management, housekeeping, and infrastructure upkeep
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for administrative functions
- Manage vendors and service providers with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality
- Handle emergency situations, conflict resolution, and crisis management effectively
Qualification:
- MBA / BBA or equivalent qualification
Experience:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in industrial or factory settings
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a challenging, remote environment with limited infrastructure
